Volleyball

Led by 15 year Varsity and Club coach Katrina Miller, Next Level volleyball provides an environment where student-athletes are able to improve their performance on and off the court. With a focus on improving fundamental volleyball skills, our experienced coaches will help your student athlete achieve their highest potential. Through our clinics, small group setting, and individual attention, Next Level gives student athletes the tools to succeed through:

  • Serving
  • Forearm Passing
  • Setting
  • Kill and attack training
  • Blocking
  • Floor defense

In addition to our travel volleyball club program, our experienced coaching staff offers private skill development sessions to help female student-athletes of all ages get ready for the fall season at their respective schools. Learn about our AAU Travel Team.

Winter Volleyball Instructional Leagues

Instructional Leagues are designed to target the most important fundamental skills to strengthen each athlete’s physical and mental abilities to play the game. Each week, athletes will be challenged with a progression of these skills with continuous repetitions during practice. After learning and performing these skills, athletes will have opportunities to play in a live game setting. During this time the instructor will enforce these skills with teachable moments pausing the game to correct errors or mistakes. This will allow each athlete to build a stronger foundation of the mental and physical skills to play the game.
