Led by experienced Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Bob Vezeau, CSCS, Next Level’s Strength & conditioning is the foundation of every athlete’s confidence and performance. Next Level Performance’s new weight room allows NLP to be the complete stop for student athletes for their in-and-out of season training. Our certified strength and conditioning specialists take an individualized approach that focuses on:
