Winter Baseball Instructional Leagues
Instructional Leagues are designed to target the most important fundamental skills to strengthen each athlete’s physical and mental abilities to play the game. Each week, athletes will be challenged with a progression of these skills with continuous repetitions during practice. After learning and performing these skills, athletes will have opportunities to play in a live game setting. During this time the instructor will enforce these skills with teachable moments pausing the game to correct errors or mistakes. This will allow each athlete to build a stronger foundation of the mental and physical skills to play the game.
